Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Outreach Rebuild (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or work with us. Outreach Rebuild is a trade name of Erish Paolo Vital, a sole proprietor based in Mexico, Pampanga, Philippines, who is the data controller for the information described below. If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, your church’s name, your email address, and (optionally) your current website.
- Communications. Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or our website form, so we can respond and keep a record of our conversation.
- Basic technical data. Standard information your browser sends when visiting any website (such as general device and connection information). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send your free website audit.
- To respond to your questions and communicate with you about our services.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the websites and care plans we deliver.
- To send service-related updates (for example, about your site or your plan).
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to do so:
- Website hosting and CDN (Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare, Inc.), serves this website and processes standard connection data such as IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and block abuse.
- Form delivery (Web3Forms), receives what you type into our audit request form and forwards it to our email inbox. Web3Forms also applies spam filtering to submissions.
- Email (Zoho Mail and Google), used to receive, send, and store our correspondence with you.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Analytics and cookies
We do not run any analytics package on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site tracking. The site sets only the essential cookies needed for it to function and for our host and form provider to protect against spam and abuse. Because we run no analytics and no advertising, there is no consent banner to click.
Data retention
If you request an audit and we do not go on to work together, we delete your enquiry and the audit within about 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we provide your service and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet business and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including authenticated email and reputable, secured service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
International note
Outreach Rebuild is operated from the Philippines and serves churches in the United States and elsewhere. By working with us, you understand that your information may be processed in other countries.
Children
Our website and services are intended for churches and their representatives, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If you are in the EU, UK, or California
We are a small studio based in the Philippines and our services are aimed at churches in the United States, but if privacy laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA apply to you, we will honour the rights they give you. That includes the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Where we rely on a legal basis under the GDPR, it is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and providing the service you asked for, or your consent where you gave it. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above.
